Where The Valley is

On Dubai–Al Ain Road, on the Dubai side of the interchange. Far enough out for the space and the green, close enough that Downtown is a 25 minute drive.

You hear about properties before they're listed

229 properties in The Valley changed hands in the last six months. In our experience around 75% of them never appear on Bayut or Property Finder — they go to buyers who were already on a list. Ask to be on it and you see them first.

Valuations from real sales, not portal averages

We price your property against what has actually sold in your cluster, in your layout, at your plot size — not an average across 12,000 properties that tells you nothing.

Ask without committing to anything

Plenty of people ask what their property is worth, get the answer, and decide to keep it. That is a perfectly good outcome. You won't be chased.

We'll tell you if the price is wrong

If what you want for it isn't achievable, we'll say so on the first call rather than list it and let it sit there for four months going stale.

What is The Valley by Emaar?

A master community by Emaar on Dubai-Al Ain Road, built around a swimmable lagoon, a town centre, sports facilities and a lot of open green space. It is made up of separate clusters of townhouses and villas, released in phases.

Which clusters are in The Valley?

Eden, Nara, Talia, Orania, Farm Gardens, Elora, Lillia, Rivana, Alana, Nima, Avena, Velora, Venera, Farm Grove and the later phases. Some have handed over and are lived in, others are still under construction.

Can I buy a resale unit before handover?

Yes. Off-plan units are resold regularly. The developer issues an NOC and the transfer completes through the Dubai Land Department, with whatever is still owed to Emaar passing to the new owner.

How much are homes in The Valley?

It depends entirely on the cluster, the layout and the plot, and resale prices move constantly. Message us for what is actually trading in the cluster you are looking at.

How do I find out what my Valley home is worth?

Send a message with your cluster and unit type and you'll get a valuation based on what has genuinely sold nearby - not a portal average. There is no charge and no obligation.
